I’m a Creative Front-end developer at Happy Horizon. In my spare time I'm a Photographer & UI/UX designer. I live and work in the beautiful city of Utrecht in The Netherlands.

I am passionate about crafting digital solutions with a strong emphasis on design, usability and accessibility. I enjoy creating apps and web experiences that involve meaningful interaction with the user.

Educated as a multimedia designer I learned the basics of making good design. During my education I started to dive into frontend development, using Stack Overflow and a huge load of Google searches. I fell in love with writing code when I typed my first "Hello, World!". I’ve been honing my skills for the past 9 years. Always up for a challenge, I have worked for Alta and was a member and designer of the first interactive newsletter for Stadsgebouw Gemeente Utrecht, the largest start-up accelerator in the Netherlands. From there, I worked my way up to Front-end developer and started my career at BURO210 where I designed and created 30+ websites & webshops. Currently I am a Creative Front-end developer at Happy Horizon, still enjoying the different work and challenging projects. I've been working here since 2018 and have just reached my 6-year mark! 🤓
